What's going on for Gamma Upsilon?
Gamma Upsilon Named a 2013 Legacy Chapter
During Founders' Day, the Gamma Upsilon chapter particupated in Delta Sigma Pi's national Buck$ for Brotherhood program with the Leadership Foundation by donating $1 for every Brother in the chapter. By doing so, the Gamma Upsilon Chapter was named a Legacy Chapter, and was officially recognized as one at the 2014 LEAD Provincial Conference. The donation from the chapter, along with others from chapters nationally, support the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, which supports Fraternity leadership programs and the future of the Fraternity. Congratulations again to the Gamma Upsilon chapter.
Northeastern LEAD Provincial Conference 2/7/2014 - 2/9/2014
The Gamma Upsilon chapter at Babson College recently had 8 Brother attend the Northeastern LEAD (Leadership and Excellence Academy for Deltasigs) Provincial Conference in Rochester, NY. This three day conference allowed the Brothers to grow professionally, fraternally, and personally. Gamma Upsilon was able to connect with other chapters, bond with each other, and to take ideas back to their own chapter. Special shout outs to Paul Kim and Vivian Wang for driving attendees of the LEAD conference from Babson Park to Rochester and Back.
DSP Retreat 11/1 - 11/2
On the weekend of Halloween, the Gamma Upsilon chapter at Babson College went on its first retreat in New Hampshire. It was a two day one night adventure filled with brotherly bonding and great homemade food thanks to brothers Nikki Sun, Patty Climaco, Megan Tsai, and Gabbi Mosher. This was the first of many exciting activities to come from the newly activated chapter. A special shout out to brother, Dennis Wong, for generously opening up his house to the chapter.
