The first professional event organized by the Colony helped first year students with their
Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship (FME) rocket pitches. As part of a
mandatory course at Babson, first year students are required to pitch business ideas to their
classmates and professors. As many Colony members have already been through FME, they
were able to help out fist years and advise them on how to make the best presentation.

Seventeen brothers from the Gamma Upsilon chapter attended the February, 2013 LEAD school in Hartford, CT. Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs (LEAD) focus on educational development of all members of the Fraternity. A variety of LEAD events are offered year-round by Delta Sigma Pi, including: Schools, Provincial Conferences, Volunteer Leadership Workshops, LeaderShape® and the educational programs at Grand Chapter Congress. These variety of conferences, workshops and training sessions provide opportunities for members to maximize their potential in areas of personal, professional, leadership and fraternal development.
